It is with an open heart I acknowledge you for taking the first step to make a change in your life. Awareness is a door that opens and somehow you are never the same. The things and people in your life are seen from a different point of view, including yourself. 

I truly believe that there are moments in our lives where it is helpful to have someone guide you through the troubled waters. Every behavior, every challenge, past or present can be impacted by change. Timing is important and when you are ready to make that adjustment in your life, therapies, techniques and interventions are here to assist you in your journey. Sometimes you may feel hopeless, like there is nothing you can do. You are stronger than you think, and you are interested as you came to this site. Be brave, know that there can be a new way of life on the horizon for you.
